Children who have survived traumatic experiences such as domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, homelessness, the loss of family members and other unfortunate experiences are often in need of educational aids to assist them while in the care of safe shelters, local officials or while in-boarding community advocacy programs until permanent living arrangements are made. Our aim is to help children by providing them with tools that will encourage them to read and learn during this transitional period and through the healing process. We believe that every child deserves a chance to learn and grow despite their circumstances.
